As a privately funded, non-profit organisation, DestinationMK is responsible for raising the profile of Milton Keynes, attracting more people to visit the city and highlighting events and activities taking place to those who live in the city.
Project Information
Destination MK approached Bluecube to develop a campaign to make people think differently about Milton Keynes which is often only known for its roundabouts and concrete cows. The #UnexpectedMK focused on challenging people's perceptions of Milton Keynes and showcasing some unexpected facts and features of the city. The integrated campaign used outdoor advertising, digital banner adverts and a 30 second TV advert.
